We’re not a recruitment agency — we’re a local initiative that connects international students with Swiss employers who value fresh perspectives, cultural diversity, and community engagement.
 

Our students are curious, multilingual, and eager to contribute. Whether you're in tourism, wellness, retail, tech, or hospitality, we offer a flexible way to engage with motivated young talent — without contracts, commissions, or bureaucracy.

We focus on building relationships, not transactions. Through informal placements, cultural preparation, and light coordination support, we help students integrate into the Swiss workplace while giving employers a chance to mentor, inspire, and potentially discover future team members.

1.🎓 Meet Motivated International Students

  • No contracts or formal placement obligations — just goodwill, introductions, and shared opportunities.

  • Employer hotline for urgent workplace issues - (in rare cases).
     

3.🌍 Support for Cultural Integration

  • We help students understand Swiss workplace norms, communication styles, and expectations to ease their transition.

  • "Swiss Workplace Integration Session" A recommended coaching session (online or offline) for all placed interns (mini leadership and business relationship coaching for Interns). 

  • Optional add-on: German/French boost (8-week intensive for customer-facing roles).
     

4.📜 Light HR Coordination Support

  • We assist with basic documentation and help students prepare for onboarding — including workplace etiquette and expectations.

  • Build early relationships with potential hires in tourism, wellness, tech, and retail — and help shape the next generation of professionals.
